I’m actually happy with it overall. It feels really solid and has a nice quality to it, which I like. At the same time, I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away or anything, but it definitely feels better than I expected.

It arrived exactly when they said it would, which was nice. No problems at all, just a smooth delivery experience.

The install went okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it was super easy. It took me longer than I expected and I had to figure a few things out along the way. That said, I did manage to get it done without having to call anyone, so I’m glad about that.

I checked out Quiet Town thinking there might be a decent selection, but it felt limited. Maybe I just didn’t look in the right place, but most of what I saw wasn’t really what I needed. Kind of felt like a bit of a waste of time

My order from Quiet Town arrived in this flimsy box with barely any padding, it looked like whoever packed it was just trying to get it over with. The tape was already coming loose and one corner was crushed, so the whole thing felt kind of careless.
For what I paid, I really expected better protection. Nothing inside felt secure, and it gave me a bad impression before I even got to the actual item. If this is their usual packing job, I probably wouldn’t order again.

3 stars from me. The shipping wasn’t terrible or anything, but it did take longer than I was hoping. Overall, it was just okay — not the worst, but definitely not fast either.

I was hoping this would hold up a little better against mildew, especially since I try to be careful about what I spend. It does resist mildew somewhat, but it’s definitely not fully mildew-proof. For the price, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t expect miracles

I tried exchanging a shirt, and to their credit, they did manage to make a simple return feel like a small project. Replies took a while, and the instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear, but I got it sorted in the end. Not the worst experience, just more annoying than it needed to be.

I’m happy with it overall. Clothes come out nice and dry and feel really good, but thicker towels can take a bit longer than I’d like sometimes. It’s not a huge deal though, and it still gets the job done just fine. Good enough for me, 4 stars.

I got this thinking it would be a bit tougher with water, like porch-splash-proof or at least close to it. And to be fair, it does fine with little spills or a quick wipe-down situation. But after one heavier rain, I noticed it felt damp around the seams, which was kind of disappointing. Not destroyed or anything dramatic, just one of those “oh, okay, so that’s the limit” moments. It still looks really nice, which is probably why I’m keeping it, but I wouldn’t count on it for serious rain
